Water is virtually free – it runs through our showers, and our sinks, and we use it to wash our clothes, water our plants, and boil our food. When was the last time you headed over to your nap for an nice ice cold drink though? Chances are, when you're thirsty you reach into the fridge for a soda, or bottle of water. Ahh, your thirst is quenched, so problem solved...right? If you'd like clean water, you don't need to head to Cosco for a 40 pack of wasteful, plastic bottles that have traveled thousands of miles to get to you [doesn't seem so fresh anymore, does it?] Purchasing a water filter that can easily fit into your fridge provides you with free, filtered water whenever you want it, for half the price of bottled water.

Using a filter system, you can have fresh, odor free, delicious tasting water that goes from your sink, to your tummy. No more panicking because you ran out of your favorite brand of bottled water – you can just head to the sink, pour a cold glass, and enjoy. If more people used a water filter system in lieu of purchasing bottled water we could reduce enormous amounts of waste. This is yet another way to go green that's cheap, and family friendly!
